Tim's second outing in the Batman universe! a step above the first movie! Michael Keaton is not as overshadowed like in the first film and we get to see Michael get even deeper into the mind of the Bat! Danny Devito is flawless as the penguin and Michelle is great as Catwoman! Christopher Walken is great as a side villain.
just like the first film it has a lot of flaws but a great and very interesting interpretation of Batman.
