An under-appreciated film that surpasses the its predecessor in action and stunts. The chemistry between Batman and Catwoman -- and their alter egos -- elevates the film and allows us to glimpse the complexity of the characters.
However, The Penguin isn't nearly as enigmatic a nemesis as The Joker.
