Review of Batman Returns (1992) by Conner K — 22 Jul 2016
Once again Keaton has to work had not to be overshadowed by the villains as has to battle to gain screen time with big stars such Devito, Walken , and Pfeiffer. The tone of the film is bleaker than the first installment, but that for the most part that is not a criticism.
There are a few cringe worthy scenes, but apart from that the film is fine and the Danny Elfman score is as good as always.
