Review of Batman Ninja (2018) by Michael D — 09 May 2018

Firstly, I have not watched lots of anime other than the basic stuff like; Dragon Ball and Naruto, but that was many years ago. I am sure lack of anime exposure helped me be in awe of this film.

But besides that... this movie absolutely blew my freakin mind away! I didn't know such beautiful animation existed! The combination of western superheros in anime format was too much for my puny brain to handle. Yes, it was exaggerated and over-the-top, but that is what anime is about. You have to be willing to suspend belief. The story was not the best. The film was purely for entertainment and artistic value. I took it for what it was and was left speechless throughout.

Who doesn't want to see characters we already love go head to head in feudal Japan! It was a brilliant Japanese take on western comics. I cannot say much more than I fell head-over-heels here!
