Review of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993) by Ted S — 16 May 2013
The animated series will forever be, in my heart, the real Batman. No one ever died in the show and he was a true detective. This movie, although a little slow, does carry on the spirit of the cartoon and in my mind the true spirit of Batman.
Although people do get killed in this version it still has the detective aspect of it. One clue leading to the next as we scour the city to find out the true answer to our mystery.
