Better than a Disney film. This is the one theatrically released Batman film that shows the absolute most loyalty and respect to it's source material. Fresh off of Batman: the animated series (a tv show of which I really love), Batman: Mask of the Phantasm is a masterpiece.
it's my favorite animated film of all time outside of The Secret of NIMH. I mean come, It's freaking Batman. he's my favorite comic book hero and one of the most awesome and badass characters of all time, or perhaps he is number one.
I really love the character. "I am vengeance. I am the night. I. Am. BATMAN!!!!" WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!
