Review of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993) by Kieran F — 13 Nov 2012
Much more a mature picture than a "cartoon", deep, in a good way dark (as any Batman story should be), entertaining and heartbreaking journey to Bruce Wayne's world.
If it wasn't "animated" this would probably be the best Batman movie among all of them.
