A couple of these shorts were brilliant, the rest were absolute trash. Batman and anime don't mix, it looks stupid. Also I have a big problem with this being promoted as a bridge between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, it doesn't share any continuity and it doesn't add anything at all plot wise.
