Review of Batman: Gotham Knight (2008) by Brandon B — 30 Dec 2009
Though it imitates the AniMatrix in that it takes place between films, it very obviously has no bearing on the sequel and offers no insight into the characters. The exclusion of any mention of the Joker is also disappointing.
And there is something perverse about an androgynous anime Batman coupled with Kevin Conroy's voice. The viral campaign for The Dark Knight was more exciting and interesting.
