Meh. Like "The Animatrix" it's a the anime direct-to-video tie-in to a film release. Also like "The Animatrix" it's a mixed bag of good to boring. I suppose your liking of this video will depend upon your liking of anime, which I'm not a huge fan of.
I did like the Scarecrow/Killer Crock sequence though.
