Review of Batman: Gotham Knight (2008) by Ifiok O — 02 Aug 2012
Batman is given the "Animatrix" treatment in this third entry into the new DC Animated movie titles. The animation in some of these segments vary in quality, and the stories themselves don't become as engaging until we reach the second half, when we see the Dark Knight battle Deadshot.
I enjoyed the special edition of this, because I was treated to two documentaries, and four episodes of "Batman: The Animated Series" as chosen by Bruce Timm. But the animated feature on it's own doesn't really set any standard in regards to the Batman character.
