Yes, it is named Batman, but Val Kilmer, cannot be Batman. This movie is a gutter movie, if you want a serious movie that is so bad you can laugh at, well then pop in Batman Forever from 1995 and have a great laugh! Made a mockery of Batman and the story, and all of the actors/actresses in the movie.
