I liked the Batman Beyond cartoon. It was a good way to pass on the mantle of the Batman and still keep him around at the same time. This isn't really a movie, but the first episodes collected together.
It's pretty cool. For a Batman Beyond movie check out "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker". It's really good too.
