Review of Batman Begins (2005) by Dylan H — 02 Oct 2014
While Batman Begins is brooding and immensely dark, it triumphs on many levels. It's smart, intense and beautifully captured by cinematographer Wally Pfister. The origin story of the caped crusader is given another chance on the big screen and nails every aspect.
We delve into the psychosis of Bruce Wayne and in the end it's not only a movie about Batman, but about the question "where do superhero movies go now?".
