It works perfectly as a superhero movie and as a Thriller, Action-packed film as well. With a couple of unforgettable quotes ("To overcome fear, you have to become fear") and lots of darkness, this unpredictable story definitively changes the idea that superhero films are only made to the joy of their followers.
An astonishing, breath-taking beginning to Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy.
