"It's not who you are underneath, but what you do that defines you".
And thus started the latest rendition of the Dark Knight saga. Christopher Nolan, along with Christian Bale, bring out the true essence of what Batman stands for. He isn't a showman, he does not like bright colours, and he definitely does not have nipples etched into his armour. The Batman we get is the Batman we have known since 1939: A detective who lurks in the night instilling fear in those who do wrong, a symbol of hope for those in need, a Dark Knight.
