Review of Batman: Bad Blood (2016) by Andy F — 15 Aug 2017
Both the animation and the voice acting are nice enough, but the plot seems rather unoriginal and far-fetched (to be fair, it is a comic book movie), whilst also managing to be shallow and devoid of any sort of character development or depth.
And that is a shame considering the potential the few new characters had to provide interest, particularly Batwoman who was entertaining even in her very superficial portrayal. The one good thing -- and it's a big thing considering it makes up most of the film -- is the consistent, fast-paced and brutal action sequences that make for thrilling viewing.
Bonus points for showing Alfred kicking some villain arse!
