This movie is terrible. First off, the villains are terrible actors. Even Schwarzeneggar's performance was worse than normal. Second, this wasn't a superhero movie. It was a mock-up of a want-a-be movie.
The whole sets that were put up were awful. Overall, this movie will never make up for what it did to the entire franchise.
