Yes, I can see why it deserves to be one of the worst films of all time. The editing was rushed, the action is all over the place, the acting was over the top, you feel its length because the slow parts are a bore, the characters weren't done justice, it was insulting to the source matrial, and the story is sometimes forgetable.

But, despite oon how bad it is, it's a guilty pleasure because you can laugh at the characters, the ice puns, the costumes, and the bad editing, and how and how the actors overact. So, bottom line, Batman and Robin is a guilty pleasure.
