Review of Batman & Robin (1997) by Westleigh Q — 18 Mar 2013
The absolute low point in the Batman franchise. Awful casting, terrible acting, embarassing special effects on top of an unbelieve plot lead to an incoherent mess. I probably watched half of this movie through a facepalm.
About the only readeemable quality was that the characters of Alfred and Commissioner Gordon actually had a point. However, none of that can make up for the fact that the essence of Batman's character is completely lost.
All I can say is thank god for Christopher Nolan's trilogy!
