I have never seen this film, until now, and I can see why. Terribly bad, as in, it's so bad you are engrossed by how bad it really is and keep watching just to see if it gets better. Embarassing really and such a shame for Batman.
Luckily though, if this hadn't been so atrociously bad we would not have had the Christopher Nolan reboots that restored our faith in Batman. So, there's that, but not much more.
