Review of Batman (1989) by Liam U — 18 Feb 2013
Pretty good, Burton brings his gothic style to Gotham City and unleashes some very good set design and visuals. Michael Keaton makes for a decent Bruce Wayne/Batman, but as is usually the case with Batman films the villains are far more interesting, with Nicholson excellent as The Joker.
Second viewing and it's 3/5.... enjoyable enough.
