Review of Basquiat (1996) by Kevin C — 03 Sep 2007
Great film of the life of a troubled artist. Bowie is great as Warhol, in one of Andy's own wigs. Courtney Love's character 'Big Pink' is Madonna, thinly disguised. Oldman's character is based director Schnabel 'Albert Milo' is an old auctioneers nom de plum for an unknown artist.
