Review of Basquiat (1996) by Jerome W — 21 May 2004
[font=Comic Sans MS]I was an art major in college and loved my painting classes. I checked this movie out about a painter (Basquiat) in New York in the 1980's. I was particularly impressed by lead actor Jeffrey Wright's performance.
[/font][font=Comic Sans MS]Also very enjoyable in this film is David Bowie's portrayal of Andy Warhol![/font].
