From the twisted mind that also brought us such classics like Brain Damage (an all-time favorite of mine) and the infamous Frankenhooker, director Frank Henenlotter presented us with a completely fucked up idea of brotherly love (or rather sibling rivalry) in the form of siamese twins with the only exception being that one of them is grotesquely deformed and lives in a wicker basket!!! A fun and gory ride thats own popularity with horror fans managed to spawn two equally impressive sequels.
