Henenlotter presents perhaps the ultimate Grindhouse romp with this cult gem. This film is at the same time horrific, hillarious, and emotional. For those who can overlook a low budget, B-acting, and some unintentionally humorous special effects, Basket Case is a true classic of the horror genre.
