In sleazy 80s New York a man checks into a rat-trap hotel with a mysterious wicker basket. Inside is his severed siamese twin Belial, a fucked-up cross between Krang from Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles and a testicle with a hernia.
Suffice to say, they aren't in town to see the Statue of Liberty. Bold, brash, bizarre and actually pretty brilliant if you can see past the bad acting and worse effects. At least you can tell it was made with love, and it's infectious.
