With the class and cunning of a trailer park vixen, Catherine Trammel resurfaces in this silly, but intensely watchable, sequel to the 1992 blockbuster. Sans the original's Michael Douglas, star Sharon Stone hams it up with a classy English cast that includes Charlotte Rampling, David Thewlis, Hugh Dancy, and David Morrissey.
Terrific cinematography highlights a more modern London than is usually seen in films, but the main reason for seeing this is the ballsy, often hilarious performance of Sharon Stone, who's every bit as entertaining a villain as Hannibal Lector.
