Well Barton fink is a weird case because I know they received the Canne film Festival Palme d'or for it back in 1991, but this is probably their only film I didn't enjoy watching. I couldn't get into it, I thought it was very slow, confusing & definitely boring.
.. I know fans would probably burn me for writing this but i'm being honest on that one... It's not a bad film, I can recognize some obvious talent in the writing, the directing & the acting for sure, but the tone of the film & the subject itself never got to me.
