Review of Barton Fink (1991) by Coprogeneracion — 03 Mar 2010
Don't even bother unless movies really are your thing, and especially not if you need to completely understand a film to enjoy it. It's a complex film but the imagery is just so powerful. The Coens obviously were influenced by the Shining, and they give The Hotel Earle a similar sense of horror about it.
Turturro and Goodman are both fantastic.
