Bart Got a Room is a harmless, unremarkable movie. It's not excessively funny or surprising, but it's a pleasant way to spend an hour and a half. There are some funny parts, and it leaves you with a bit of a feel-good vibe after it's over.
It's different and more heartfelt than your average teen comedy, and that's what makes it worth watching.
