Review of Barney's Version (2010) by Alex C — 28 Feb 2011
This movie felt slightly disjointed but the character of Barney was the driving force that made this movie good. Once again Paul Giamatti inhabits the skin of a self tortured soul. Barney's screw ups work two ways on the audience, dischanting them from him while also endearing him to them.
The character actors are superbly cast.
