Review of Barney's Version (2010) by Kem W — 28 Sep 2011
I love Paul Giamatti. He's fascinating to watch as an actor. And he's excellent as Barney Panofsky in "Barney's Version." The story itself, told through flashbacks over three decades and three wives, is not the best story I've ever seen.
(Though the last 45 minutes certainly are.) But that's OK as it's simply fun to watch Giamatti simply be Barney. Recommended for adults.
