Barney's Version is a wild ride through a depressing life of a man who has 3 wives & they all seemed like they were terrible marriages except for one of them. Paul Giamatti gives a stunning performance as Barney a tv producer, & Dustin Hoffman does a stunning job too as his hilarious, strange, & sexual father.
Barney's Version is different, at times confusing, dramatic, sexy, hilarious, & just great. Barney's Version is like Mike Leigh's Another Year in a sense that it is an independant film with great acting, & an interesting story to tell.
