Review of Barbie in the Nutcracker (2001) by The Critic ( — 05 May 2012

In her first starring role, Mattel's ever-popular doll is brought to life in this beautifully computer animated film. But the pic has limited appeal (girls who love ballet) and is boring when the action stops. It's a generally disappointing venture, but, unsurprisingly, the underweight busty blonde returned for several more outings.
