Breezy, charming, and quite funny; 'Barbershop: The Next Cut' is a nice little snippet of inner city life, and a heartwarming tale of making a difference. It's a comedy that tackles some tough issues without appearing to have all the answers, but rather, a simple desire to help.
(I still can't stand Nicki Minaj, though.).
