Review of Barbershop: The Next Cut (2016) by Lee M — 23 Aug 2016
A little preachy at times, but the social commentary about the streets of Chicago makes some good points. The reason I liked the previous films is because of Ice Cube and Cedric the Entertainer and they and the ensemble don't disappoint. It's been a while since we have seen Calvin's crew, but it was like coming back to see old friends again.
Grade: B.
