The first one was not that bad and it was obvoiosloy ice's best movie in a long time, which isnt saying much. this is more of the same, with a few changes i.e. queen latifah in the memorable role that got her a spin off, just what we all wanted.

any way back to the movie, its not as good as the first, the big probelm is the story which seems like it was stolen from any televsion show about a guy running his own company, its not a bad movie, but not as good as the first.
