A spiritual experience looking at the world we live in. Nature, culture, people. It's stunning. I constantly compare this to Planet Earth in terms of shots and while Planet Earth is more technologically advanced and more skilled, Baraka pushes far into the artistic realm and the fact that it was shot on 70mm vs.
HD is one of the most impressive things about this film. Beautiful.
