A teenager moves to a new school to discover a band competition to receive a recording contract and discovers how big the event in this area. He is invited to hear and ends up managing a band at his high school.
I actually give it like a 3.3, as it was pretty fun to watch but also had some drama that was out of place in the movie, like it was exaggerated to meet the movie needs for it or something, but I have seen worse teen movies.
