Comingofagefilmwhereuglynerdyboymeetsprettysmartgirl. Yes, its a long genre, but its a good film. I like indie rock and the Burning Hotels, an indie rock band from Fort Worth, is featured in the film. There are some original things, such as the high school rock band competition, but there are also some re-hashed things, such as the whole guy and girl start dating, when one of them forgets to show up on their first date, and the the girl gets pissed and the guy has to win her heart back. But, overall, its a good film with some good music.
