Review of Bandslam (2009) by Austin T — 13 Jun 2010
I was expecting this to be just a cute high school music flick, but it surprised me. As with most high school movies, the typical roles are present (bullies, loners, the misunderstood hero, etc.), but they are not as glaring.
The music, and the way it brings the characters together is really fun. My daughter and I enjoyed watching this one immensely.
