I guess I just don't get Woody Allen movies that have Woody Allen in them. I was looking forward to Bananas as it sounds like an interesting satire on Cuba and Latin American revolutions. I think all I liked about Bananas was the first scene--the televised assassination.
After that however it was just bad slapstick, screwball humor that wasn't funny. Disappointment.
