Review of Bananas (2006) by Monsieur R — 07 Feb 2011
It's a scatter shot of a comedy from Mr. Allen. It has many moments which try to be funny and are not implemented well, but when it hits it is absolutely hilarious. Even with an early film like this you can see Allen's craft in the cinematography and screenplay.
Like I said, when it's funny it is an absolute riot and had me rolling. Definitely worth a watch.
