I a fun little gag/spoof comedy, with Woody Allen as a horny bastard. I know what youâ(TM)re thinking, "Isn't Woody Allen always horny bastard?" The answer is yes, but he was really horny in this film, to the point that he ended up becoming a dictator of a Latin-American country to try and impress a girl.
