Review of Bambi II (2006) by Charles C — 26 Oct 2011
Basically a watered-down story of a deadbeat dad facing responsibility. Thankfully it's little more than an hour, which is already stretching the premise thin. Somehow not dripping with sickening sweetness like the first one (although it tries).
There's an actual story arch with a climax, thankfully, and character development beyond 'Oh look how cute!' I was all ready to hate this, but it's surprisingly a sequel that's worth checking out.
Also, Bambi's mother is still dead.
