Review of Balto (1995) by Matthew C — 19 May 2011
It's been almost a whole 8 years since I've watched this film; and I actually found it and sat down and watched it. After I was done, it was amazing to look at: beautiful animation and voice cast (and amazing music by James Horner) that makes me believe in these characters.
Kevin Bacon was an amazing choice to voice Balto, and had a sincere approach to the role; and Bob Hoskins was awesome as the Russian snow goose Boris. If you haven't seen this movie, then give it a watch; it'll entertain you and make you enjoy hand-drawn animation more from a movie made by Universal Studios and Amblin Entertainment.
