This movie is retarded, to say the least. I mean, for a movie with balls in it's title, it's really not that funny. Even the presence of the master of awkwardness himself Christopher Walken can't elevate the movie out of boredom.
Only sporadically did I giggle. And giggle was all I did, it wasn't laugh out loud funny. Even though it aims low, it goes too low, and it's just stupid.
