Review of Baghead (2008) by Alex G — 19 Feb 2012
The Duplass brothers have an undeniable charm to their filmmaking. The film beautifully maneuvers between romance, comedy, horror, and drama. What makes this film special, is how well the film works between these genres without ever feeling forced or hammed-up.
The director's charm is the feeling of realism and subtlety to each scene and character. Another added bonus--the twists are smart and unpredictable.
