Review of Bad Words (2013) by James R — 18 May 2014
Bateman does well in this hard to categorize film. Nevertheless, and without giving away too much of the plot, this film has its moments across the full spectrum of emotion. It's funny. It's somber.
Its premise is something new, but something witty all the same. Bad Words reminds us all that in the end, words are simply words, and they don't change a thing; it is only ones actions that hold this power.
